standard visit services

  1. Visual inspection of the exterior of the home. This includes walking the entire perimeter checking for any potential problems, actual problems and or damage/storm damage.
  2. Visual check of landscape. Look to be sure everything looks healthy and is being maintained by landscape service.
  3. Visual check of pool and spa. Look to be sure pool is being maintained by service provider regularly. (If Applicable)
  4. Visual check for any pest or insect issues outside the home.
  5. Check doors and windows for security
  6. Check and bring in any mail (If Applicable)
  7. Check and bring in any package deliveries
  8. Walk interior perimeter and check for any problems
  9. Check for signs of pest or insect issues inside the home.
  10. Check for any leaks under sinks and around toilets
  11. Run water in all sinks, bathtubs, and showers, to keep traps from drying out and having sewer gases enter the home. Close drains
  12. Flush Toilets
  13. Thermostats adjusted and working properly
  14. Confirm alarm system is working properly and is set (If Applicable)
  15. Check ceilings for any visual leaks
